The high-tech products manufacturing company under the North Hwanghae Provincial Commission of Science and Technology is called a treasure group indispensable in achieving the development of the province.

Though the company was inaugurated 14 years ago and is now staffed with 40-odd employees, it is manufacturing production facilities badly needed for industrial establishments in the province at will.

The company has established the work habit of “we can do it” and “we must carry it out without condition”, not “we cannot do it”, whatever task it faces.

Kim Hak Song, director of the company, said that the course of overcoming difficulties and hardships is just the process of development, adding that if they do their best, they will be able to attain their goal without fail.

The company has produced a large number of pieces of modern equipment and supplied them to many factories and enterprises conducive to the improvement of the people's living standards in the province, including the Ryesonggang Power Station, North Hwanghae Provincial Tree Nursery, Jongbangsan General Foodstuff Factory, Sariwon Schoolchildren’s Footwear Factory, Sariwon Instant Noodles Factory and Sariwon Duck Farm.

The employees of the company readily solve technical problems arising in other fields as well as their majors, and all of them have the ability to carry out every task from design to manufacture.

For example, when production facilities were needed for the Sariwon Instant Noodles Factory under construction, the researchers and technicians of the company pooled their efforts and wisdom with the belief that there is nothing impossible for those who are conscious of their duty and successfully manufactured them, though they were not specialists in the foodstuff industry. 

“The ambition to make our things better by relying on our own efforts always enables us to create excellent things of our own,” said Kim Hak Song.
