The delegation of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation led by Kazbek Taysaev, secretary of its Central Committee and head of the Russia-DPRK Friendship Parliamentary Group of the State Duma, left Pyongyang for home on April 7.

It was seen off at Pyongyang International Airport by officials of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, the Russian ambassador to the DPRK and his embassy staff members.
