Factory produces tasty and nutritious products with regional raw material resources
April 3, 2025“The people’s rising living standards require that we produce more tasteful and nutritious condiments. We have made painstaking efforts to produce nutritious products by relying on locally-available raw material resources,” said Hong Song Nam, manager of the Sariwon Condiments Factory.
According to him, the factory developed 30-odd kinds of new products last year and has presented many new products this year since talents have performed a vanguard role in the scientific and technological work and all employees vigorously pushed the development of the units as masters of technical innovation.
The factory organically combined research and production to preserve the taste of soy sauce, a processed foodstuff peculiar to the Korean nation, and ensured that all employees turn out in the technical innovation drive like one.
It produces a large variety of products including perilla-flavoured soy sauce, soybean paste made of five grains, mushroom soy sauce, peppered bean paste with garlic by relying on locally-available raw materials.
The factory’s new products are favoured by residents as they are very appetizing.
The pride in producing products that are compared with famous condiments of the capital fires all the employees with the zeal to increase production.
