Kung Jong Sik is a renowned lecturer of ability at Phyongsong University of Education.

Being possessed of a remarkable writing ability, he took part in writing textbooks for the implementation of the second programme for universal 12-year compulsory education, wrote seven kinds of textbooks including the Korean language textbooks for the first- and second-year students of junior middle school and achieved distinctive results in writing textbooks and reference books for teaching according to the university education programme.

In recent years alone, he worked out over 90 teaching plans for the subjects of phonetics and lexicology of Korean language as those embodying research-oriented teaching and study methods.  

He developed programs for the interpretation and evaluation of Korean language type and the evaluation of Korean language rules and presented them to the national exhibition of IT achievements-2024 held in August last year. The programs were rated as excellent IT products and have been generalized to teachers training colleges. 

He developed several programs to which AI technology was applied and made successes in the educational and scientific research work to receive dozens of certificates and train many excellent reserve teachers.
