Yuri Ushakov, assistant to the Russian president, derided the EU countries for acting under the baton of the US in an interview with a journalist of the All-Russia State TV and Radio Broadcasting Company on March 15.

Answering the journalist on the reason why the EU is appealing for peace these days, he said that the European countries have changed their rhetoric because they cling to the legs of the US president like pet puppies.

He said that President Vladimir Putin had already said that they would behave like that.

Last February, the Russian President said that there were no politicians with their own opinions in Europe, adding that the re-elected US ruler would soon establish his own order among modern European politicians and then they would wag their tails at the feet of their “master”.
