Young people in Jagang volunteer for major economic sectors
March 14, 2025More than 40 young men and women in Jagang Province have volunteered to work at major sectors for implementing the decisions of the Workers' Party of Korea.
A youth league official in Junggang County decided to work at the county raw materials base station together with his family, out of the mind to contribute to the implementation of the Party's regional development policy.
Youths in the city of Huichon vowed to work at the construction brigade, raw materials base and goat farm.
Discharged soldiers and other young people in Manpho City and Kophung County joined the ranks of volunteers.
Those in the counties of Hwaphyong, Janggang, Usi and Jasong also offered to work at difficult and labour-consuming posts.
Present at a congratulatory meeting held at the Jagang Provincial Art Theatre on March 12 were Jon Yong Jae, secretary of the Jagang Provincial Committee of the WPK, youth league officials, youth and students.
Certificates were awarded to the volunteers, which was followed by congratulatory and other speeches.
After the meeting, a congratulatory performance was given.
Officials, youth and students presented bouquets to the volunteers leaving for their new revolutionary posts, offering encouragement.
