A spokesman for the Chinese Defense Ministry on February 14 decried Australia’s infringement on the sovereignty of its country.

As to the fact that the Australian Defense Ministry blamed a Chinese military plane for endangering the country’s military plane and its crew in the air above the waters of the South China Sea, he said that Australia is making false propaganda like the thief crying “Stop thief!” after deliberately perpetrating a provocative act of violating the sovereignty of his country.

It was completely logical, legal and reasonable for China to have driven away the Australian military plane which had intruded into the other’s home and it constitutes legal defence of national sovereignty and security, he stressed.

He urged Australia to give up a speculative and adventurous illusion and strictly control the actions of its maritime and air forces.
