The first-term winter camping began at the Jangjasan Children's Camp on the occasion of the significant February holiday.
There took place a meeting for starting the camping on February 16.
Present there were Sin Chang Gil, chairman of the Jagang Provincial People's Committee, Jon Yong Jae, secretary of the provincial committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Kim Song Il, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, officials concerned and officials and teaching staff of the camp and campers.
