Nicaraguan Ambassador to the DPRK Manuel Modesto Munguia Martinez laid a flower basket at the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill in Pyongyang and paid tribute to them on February 16, the 83rd birth anniversary of the Chairman.

On the same day, a flower basket in the name of Wang Dongsheng, general manager of the Dandong Zhidao Commerce Co. Ltd., was placed at the statues of the great leaders.
