The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un received a basket of flowers from Thongloun Sisoulith, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and president of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, on the occasion of the 83rd anniversary of the birth of Chairman Kim Jong Il.

The Lao ambassador to the DPRK handed the flower basket over to an official concerned on February 11.
