Commanding officers of the Korean People’s Army held a sports competition on February 8, the 77th anniversary of the KPA.
The event was seen by No Kwang Chol, Jong Kyong Thaek, Ri Yong Gil and other commanding officers of the Ministry of National Defence and military and political commanding officers and other service personnel of KPA units at all levels.
It was held divided into Kumgangsan and Ryongaksan teams.
A volleyball match was played first.
The Ryongaksan team won the tight game 2-0.
Then there was a demonstration of martial arts and power breaking performed by KPA combatants.
There were also various amusement games including the crossword puzzle after hurdles.
The Kumgangsan team won at tug-of-war.
And the Ryongaksan team was the overall winner of the competition.
