The 38th Science and Technology Festival of Kim Chaek University of Technology took place from February 4 to 7.

The festival was divided into a machine and transport panel, an information and communications panel and an electronics and automation panel. Presented there were more than 270 pieces of sci-tech achievements conducive to the country's economic development and the improvement of the people's standards of living.

The integrated manufacturing system of regional-industry factories and achievements made in the course of improving the productivity and quality of heavy rail steel and making the hamburger production line unmanned drew the attention of visitors. They reflected the creative spirit of lecturers and researchers of the university.

During the festival, successes and experience were widely shared and transferred through the presentation and examination of valuable sci-tech proposals and technical exchanges among visitors.

Trophies and prizes were awarded to the units and members that were highly appreciated.
