A Russian roving ambassador exposed the West’s sinister purpose of devising a “peace-keeping force” through an e-mail on January 26.

Referring to the fact that the chairman of the military commission of the European Union said in an interview with a German newspaper that an army authorized by the United Nations may be deployed in Ukraine in case of a ceasefire there, the ambassador noted that any personnel entering the Ukrainian territory without Russia’s approval and permission will be a military target and the consequences will be very obvious.

The West’s attempt to devise a “peace-keeping force” is aimed at rescuing the Ukrainian authorities from the fate of defeat by dint of falsehood and hypocrisy, instead of establishing peace, he asserted.
