The Kujang Cement Factory is overfulfilling its cement production plan every day.

By drawing on the successes made in the work for readjustment and reinforcement last year, the factory ensures the full operation of equipment while solving problems arising in the management of equipment and technology according to a well thought-out plan.

Workers and technicians of the mining pit made a breakthrough in the production of limestone through the successful 100 000-cubic-metre blasting at the outset of the new year. They are now registering high production results by applying rational methods to increase the operational rate of the cableway which takes a big share in the transport of raw materials.

The technical team of the factory has closely contacted with relevant workshops to control all processes, from the feeding of raw materials to delivery, while monitoring the operation of overall processes in real time. The calcination workshop carried out the preventive maintenance of its kiln in a responsible manner to increase the operation time of equipment and productivity.

The vertical furnace and finishing workshops, which have fully provided themselves with spare parts in keeping with the technical state of equipment and maintained close contact between processes, are putting spurs to increased cement production. 

Cement production successes are being expanded by the devoted efforts of officials and workers of the factory.
