Triplets leave Pyongyang Maternity Hospital
January 27, 2025The 556th triplets left the Pyongyang Maternity Hospital amid the blessings of well-wishers.
The mother of the three triplets (two sons and a daughter) is Cha Sol Gyong living in Kosan county town of Kangwon Province and their father is Kim Chung Hyok, worker of the Kosan county evodia forest station.
After being diagnosed as being pregnant with triplets last year, Cha was sent to the Pyongyang Maternity Hospital. Thanks to the benefits of the socialist public health system, she received best medical care as she was supplied with a variety of nutritious foods and tonics on a regular basis.
Medial workers of the maternity hospital took timely scientific treatment measures while holding several rounds of consultations as they monitored the pregnant woman who had been poor in health at the time of hospitalization, thus ensuring an easy delivery.
The triplets weighed 1.9, 2.0 and 2.2kg respectively.
