As news of inauguration of regional-industry factories is proudly being reported to the whole world as the first fruition of the implementation of the regional development policy of the Workers’ Party of Korea for the simultaneous changes and rejuvenation of the whole country, the people of Usi County of Jagang Province are filled with jubilation over a richer and happy socialist life.
An inaugural ceremony of the regional-industry factories took place in Usi County on January 25 as a happy event of the whole county and the whole province.
It was attended by officials and working people of Jagang Province and Usi County, soldier builders and employees of the regional-industry factories. Pak Song Chol, chief secretary of the provincial Party committee, said that the regional development policy reflecting the noble idea of the great Party Central Committee supporting the people as in Heaven is ushering in a new era of brilliant change in the country.
The wonderful creations demonstrating the dynamic regional development are unthinkable apart from the devoted efforts of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who has the noble outlook on life and makes every effort for the happiness of his beloved people, he said.
Saying that the present joy is a powerful proof of the unshakable will and executive ability of the Party and the state, which unconditionally keep the promise with the people, he, upon authorization of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, extended warm greetings to the service personnel, officials and working people who devoted themselves to building regional-industry factories as the people's wealth.
He called upon officials and employees of Usi County, the province and regional-industry factories to fulfil their responsibility and duty in normalizing the operation of the newly-built bases for improving the people's living standards so as to make a substantial contribution to the material and cultural life of the regional people.
Kang Myong Song, chief secretary of the Usi County Committee of the WPK, in his speech expressed his firm determination to become a standard-bearer and model in applying the WPK’s people-oriented character and people-first politics so as to turn the county associated with the leadership exploits of the Party into a cradle of happiness for the people good to live and work in.
