A spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry criticized the US for threatening his country militarily at a press conference on January 6.

Referring to the fact that the national security advisor of the White House recently suggested the possibility of US attack on Iran’s nuclear facilities, he said it is a threat to his country’s nuclear activities for peaceful purposes and also to global peace and security.

Iran and its people will defend the sovereignty, territorial integrity and dignity of their country by employing every means, he stressed.
