The performance in celebration of the New Year 2025 was staged at May Day Stadium in Pyongyang for several days in succession.

It was divided into parts 1 and 2. Put on the stage were such colourful numbers as a narrative poem depicting with boundless joy the phases of the times of eye-opening changes brought about by the great Workers’ Party of Korea’s far-reaching ideal and outstanding leadership and the bright, prosperous future of the Korean people and new famous songs truthfully reflecting the love of all the people for their powerful country.

The venue resounded with all-people paeans to the WPK which ushered in a new heyday of national rejuvenation and is translating the precious dreams and ideals of the people into shining reality while successfully overcoming all challenges and difficulties.

The celebration atmosphere climaxed with numbers impressively representing the ardent desire and will of all the people to remain faithful to their beloved country and devote their all to adding lustre to it with meaningful poetic words, distinctive melodies and refined singing.

The audience applauded the famous songs truthfully reflecting the Korean people’s patriotic feelings which have further been sublimated along with the new era of building a powerful country and the odes to the country reflecting the highest tribute and glory to the great and dignified DPRK which has won victory after victory, overcoming the hardships of times.
