The director of the Panamanian centre for Asian strategic studies censured the US for its moves to expand the sphere of domination at a recent interview with a foreign media outlet.

He said that the US has interfered in the internal affairs of Panama, regarding it as a region under its control and it is prompted by its imperialist ambition.

Disclosing that US companies oppressed trade unions of Panama and sometimes removed their leaders, he said that such moves of the US are part of its moves to expand domination in the Latin American region and thus the economy of his country has long been in stagnation.
