Present at the ceremonies for moving into those houses were Ri Kwang Hyok, vice-chairman of the South Hamgyong Provincial People's Committee, officials of the General Bureau of the Tanchon Area Mining Industry, officials concerned, builders and working people.
Licences for the use of new houses were handed over.
When moving into new houses began, a dance party started.
