Modern houses have appeared at the Joyang and Pulgunbyol farms under the South Hamgyong Provincial Rural Economy Committee.

Present at the ceremonies for moving into those houses were Kim Yong Hak, secretary of the South Hamgyong Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials, builders and agricultural workers in Hamju County.

Ri Kwang Hyok, vice-chairman of the provincial people's committee, made a congratulatory speech. And then licences for the use of houses were conveyed and speeches made.

Amid cheerful dances, officials visited the agricultural workers to share joy with them.
