Russian sports minister arrives in Pyongyang
November 24, 2024Mikhail Alexandr Degtyarev, minister of Sports of the Russian Federation, and his party arrived in Pyongyang on November 22.
They were greeted at Pyongyang International Airport by O Kwang Hyok, vice-minister of Physical Culture and Sports of the DPRK, and Russian Ambassador Alexandr Matsegora and staff members of his embassy in Pyongyang.
