Dmitri Medvedev, vice-chairman of the Security Council of Russia, warned against Germany’s delivery of long-range missiles to Ukraine on November 12.

Shortly ago, a German official said that his country would convey long-range missiles to the Ukrainians if Russia did not end its special military operations. In connection with this, Dmitri Medvedev said that it is obvious that they would change nothing in the course of combat actions, but only serve as a means to delay the collapse of the Ukrainian authorities.

But the danger that the dispute may be developed into the most dangerous stage will increase several times, he noted.

Meanwhile, Dmitri Peskov, the Russian president’s press secretary, said in a press conference on November 13 that Russia would take measures to keep a balance in response to the deployment of the US’ missile defence system in Poland.

This means that the US’ military infrastructure in the European territory has advanced toward the Russian border and it is an attempt to contain Russia’s military potentials, he added.
