The 2024 Pyongyang Underground Shop autumn commodity exhibition opened in the DPRK.
At the exhibition, 200-odd units from across the country have presented at least 706 000 products of more than 1 500 kinds, including foodstuffs, footwear and bags.
South Hamgyong and Kangwon provinces and the city of Nampho have presented household goods made with locally-available raw materials and agricultural products to distinctively adorn the venue of the show.
The opening ceremony held on November 15 was attended by officials concerned and officials and working people of the commercial sectors and production units in Pyongyang and provinces.
Kwak Jong Jun, minister of Commerce, delivered an opening address.
