The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un sent a birthday spread to So Pang Ok, a centenarian living in neighbourhood unit No. 2 of Wonhyon-ri, Kowon County, South Hamgyong Province, on her 100th birthday.

Officials of the organs of the Workers’ Party of Korea and the government in the county, and family members, relatives and neighbours congratulated the centenarian on the auspicious event.

So Pang Ok shed tears of gratitude to the loving care of Kim Jong Un who sent the birthday spread to an ordinary old woman.

She had devoted herself to the agricultural production for decades and kept herself busy to do something for the country even after becoming a pensioner.

She brought up ten children and put them at important posts for national defence and socialist construction. She always tells her children to do more work for the benevolent Workers' Party of Korea and social system of the country.
