The secretary general of the Security Council of the Russian Federation criticized the West’s despicable act at an international meeting on November 7.

He stressed that the West reduced Ukraine to a means of inflicting a strategic defeat on Russia with the help of the “colour revolution” but their plan failed.

At present, the Ukrainian authorities have turned into a dangerous terrorist group controlled by outside forces, he said, noting that if they have something different from the international terrorist network, it is that they have their own industry and territory.

Saying that the West is losing the economic and political and moral initiative and is actually living on debt, he added that much more countries are refusing to use the dollar and euro as a means of mutual payment.
