The secretary generals of the security councils of Russia and Kazakhstan signed the 2025-2027 bilateral cooperation plan in the negotiations held in Moscow on November 6.

During the negotiations, they reportedly discussed the regional security issues including those of cooperation in the field of military technology and fight against international terrorism and extremism and others.
