Modern farmhouses have been built at the Yanggok and Manjong farms in Paegam County, Ryanggang Province, and the farmers moved into their new houses.
Present at the ceremonies for moving into new houses were Kim Pom, secretary of the Ryanggang Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials concerned, builders and agricultural workers of the farms.
Licences for the use of houses were handed over at the ceremonies.
As the moving into new houses began, the farmers danced to the tune of cheerful peasant music and officials congratulated the farmers and other residents, sharing joy with them.
