A spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry denounced the air raids made by the US and the UK against Yemen in a statement on October 18.

Referring to the six rounds of air raids staged on the Yemeni capital of Sana and nine rounds on Sadah Province by the two countries on October 17, he described them as a blatant violation of the UN Charter and international law that ban the use of armed force against other countries and demand respect for territorial integrity.

The US and the UK are conducting air raids on Yemen, while inciting Israel to be engrossed in massacres in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon by continuously supplying it with weapons, he noted, adding that their behaviour clearly demonstrates that they are the accomplice of the Zionist regime in the criminal acts.
