North Hamgyong Province in the DPRK directs great efforts to strengthening the foundation for producing dairy products.

In close cooperation with relevant units, the province has newly built and expanded goat farms in Orang and Yonsa counties and provided them with high-performance equipment for milk powder production and fodder processing.

And it secured thousands of goats and over one hundred dairy cows to put the milk production on a normal basis. 

The province sees to it that the cities and counties ensure the normal operation of vehicles and freezing and storing facilities and thus supply fresh and nutritious dairy products to children in good time.
