The Intellectual Property Development Exhibition-2024 opened in the DPRK.
On display at the exhibition held on the theme of "Innovation and rejuvenation" are valuable invention certificates, patents, trademarks, industrial design rights, copyrights, and others in the fields of the economy, science and technology and culture, and excellent works created by schoolchildren.
During the exhibition there will be a presentation of successes made in the work for increased production and readjustment and reinforcement and in the implementation of the Workers' Party of Korea's policy on regional development.
An opening ceremony took place at the Sci-Tech Complex in Pyongyang on October 2.
Present there were Choe Tong Myong, department director of the WPK Central Committee, Sung Jong Gyu, minister of Culture, officials concerned and officials and working people of units which presented their products.
Vice-Premier Jon Sung Guk made an opening address.
