Turkish President Erdogan called for forging an anti-Israel alliance of Islamic countries at an event on September 7. 

Islamic countries should join efforts to cope with the growing expansionist moves of Israel, he said, noting that creating an alliance of Islamic countries is the only way to stop the arrogant and brigandish moves of the Zionist regime to expand its territory. 

He emphasized that his country works hard to join efforts with Islamic countries to counter the increasing threat from Israel.
