New villages have appeared at the Chonghak and Wahyon farms of Phyongsan County, North Hwanghae Province, amid the happy news about house-moving being heard in succession throughout the country.

Cosy new villages, where modern dwellings and greening of surroundings add beauty to the scenery, were built along natural undulations.

Present at the ceremony for moving into new houses held on the spot were Kim Son Il, chairman of the North Hwanghae Provincial People’s Committee, Mun Chang Il, secretary of the provincial committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, builders and agricultural workers.

Speeches were made.

Working people, residents and children danced to the tune of cheerful songs, holding the DPRK flags and bouquets in the villages which were in a festive mood.
