New houses have been built at the Toksong Apple Farm, a well-known fruit producer in the east coastal area.

A ceremony for moving into those houses took place on the spot amid the excitement and joy of the farmers and inhabitants of the farm.

Present there were Kim Yong Hak, secretary of the South Hamgyong Provincial Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, Kim Se Il, vice-chairman of the South Hamgyong Provincial People's Committee, officials and builders in Toksong County and agricultural workers who would move into the new houses.

A congratulatory speech was made at the meeting and licences for the use of houses were handed over amid the loud applause of the participants.

The excitement and joy of farmers and inhabitants and happy looks of the frolicking children added to the festive mood of the new villages.
