Reception given by Russian charge d'affaires ad interim to mark anniversary of Korea’s liberation
August 16, 2024Vladimir Topeha, charge d'affaires ad interim of the Russian embassy in Pyongyang, hosted a reception at the Taedonggang Diplomatic Club on August 14 on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of Korea’s liberation.
Present there at invitation were Kim Jong Gyu, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, Ri Chang Sik, vice-minister of Education, Pak Hak Gyong, vice-minister of Public Health, and officials concerned.
Members of the Russian embassy were present there.
Speeches were made at the reception.
