Provincial regiments of Party members arrived at the sites for recovery from flood damage in Jagang and Ryanggang provinces one after another.

They were greeted by officials and working people in the city of Manpho and Sijung, Jonchon, Rangnim, Junggang and Jasong counties of Jagang Province.

After learning about the flood damage, their commanding officers took detailed measures for the allocation of manpower and supply of materials and launched into the recovery campaign.
