Last June recorded as hottest June ever

June of this year has been recorded as the hottest June in history.

The Copernican climate change service, the meteorological information agency of the European Union, recently announced that the global average temperature in last June was 16.66℃, hotter than all the previous same months.

The global mean temperature observed during 12 months until late June was also a record high, or 1.64℃ higher than that in the pre-Industrial Revolution period.
