Ri Il Gum wins gold medal at international sports games
July 4, 2024DPRK player Ri Il Gum bagged a gold medal at the women's judo event of the Eighth Children of Asia International Sports Games.
She took first place by defeating all her opponents in the 48kg category of the women's judo event on July 1.
Meanwhile, Sim Kum Chon was placed second in the 44kg category event of Greco-Roman wrestling.
