For our capital city of Pyongyang!

This is the patriotic call the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un made to the builders of the capital in his speech delivered at the ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of a new street in the Sopho area of Pyongyang in February 2023.

The young builders were deeply moved by his speech calling on them to fully demonstrate in the capital city the indomitable spirit peculiar to the brave Korean youth.

They created a new construction legend day after day with one intention to transform Pyongyang into an ideal city where the people’s well-being and socialist civilziation come into bloom and a beautiful city epitomizing the prestige and rapidly developing image of a powerful nation.

As a result, splendid Jonwi Street was built in Pyongyang in a short period.
