New modern dwelling houses were built at Karim and Kusul farms in Hwaphyong County, Jagang Province.

Present at a ceremony for moving into the houses were Kang Yong Chol, secretary of the Jagang Provincial Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, and officials, agricultural workers and builders in Hwaphyong County. A congratulatory speech was made by Kim Yong Chun, chairman of the provincial people's committee.

Licences for the use of the houses were handed over to every new owner and speeches were made at the event.

Then, a performance and dance party were given and officials congratulated the working people moving into the modern houses.
