Charge d'Affaires ad Interim Thong Sivilay and staff members of the Laotian embassy in Pyongyang on June 24 visited DPRK-Laos Friendship Chongryu Senior Middle School in Taedonggang District on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the DPRK and the Lao People's Democratic Republic.
The visitors went round various parts of the school, being briefed on the fact that its students are preparing themselves as reliable pillars of the future, possessed of knowledge, good moral character and good health, under the socialist educational system.
They donated educational equipment to the school.
They also toured the International Friendship Exhibition House and the Kangdong Combined Greenhouse Farm.
