Modern houses have been built at the Paegam and Donae farms in Jangjin County and the Songjong Farm in Riwon County of South Hamgyong Province.

Ceremonies for moving into those new houses took place on the spot respectively.

Present there were Wi Chol Su and Kim Yong Hak, secretaries of the South Hamgyong Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, and officials of the province and counties, builders and agricultural workers.

Licences for the use of houses were handed over and speeches were made. 

Officials visited the new houses to congratulate their owners amid the display of cheerful dance parties.
