Executive members of the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) and the International Martial Arts Games Committee and representatives of national associations and Taekwon-Doists and persons concerned of martial arts from different countries left Pyongyang by plane after taking part in the memorial service for Choe Hong Hui, former president of the ITF, on the occasion of the 22nd anniversary of his death.
