Agricultural workers of the Namyang Farm in Kilju County of North Hamgyong Province have moved into new modern houses.

Fruit trees and flowering shrubs were planted around various styles of houses, which were built for the convenience of residents’ living while preserving the relevant regional features.

Present at a ceremony for moving into the houses were Han Yong Song, secretary of the North Hamgyong Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials concerned and officials, builders and agricultural workers in Kilju County.

Pak Myong Ho, chairman of the North Hamgyong Provincial People's Committee, made a congratulatory address.

Licences for the use of houses were handed over and speeches made.

The villages were full of joy and deep gratitude as agricultural workers held cheerful dances.
