Jagang Province built the provincial quality analysis institute and the Kanggye Riding Club.

The analysis institute has test rooms equipped with various kinds of equipment pieces and experimental apparatuses necessary for product inspection and measurement, a sci-tech learning space and cultural and welfare facilities.

The riding club has all conditions and environment necessary for riding exercise and education.

Present at their inaugural ceremonies held on the spot were Kang Yong Chol, secretary of the Jagang Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials concerned, builders, working people in Kanggye City and employees of the institute and the club.

Kim Yong Chun, chairman of the Jagang Provincial People's Committee, delivered inaugural addresses.
