The Workers’ Party of Korea steadily accelerates the advance of the revolution by means of continuous planning and thorough implementation for fulfilling its long-cherished desires for the good of the people.

Whenever the WPK introduces a policy, it always begins with listening to simple opinions of the people and incorporates them into the policies and whenever it organizes a project, it considers their requirements and interests before others, as it is the Party of the people which exists and struggles for them.

When it plans a work, it makes sure that the people’s aspirations are correctly reflected in it in the first place, and when it creates or constructs something, it thoroughly checks that to see if it can substantially improve their well-being—this is a principle which the WPK has always adhered to ever since its founding.

This principled requirement is consistent with all the lines and policies of the Party, including those on politics, military, the economy, culture, land development, architecture, pomiculture, animal husbandry, fish farming, aquiculture and landscaping and greening.

The WPK finds its greatest pride in devoting itself to fulfilling the people’s long-cherished desires by shouldering all the burdens for them.

The Party made it a policy to build 10 000 flats each year in Pyongyang during the period of the new five-year plan and to supply cities and counties with cement for building rural houses, and put forward the childcare policy and the rural revolution programme in the new era and pushes ahead with them.

Since fulfilling the desires of the people is the highest ideal of the Party, it chooses to carry out huge tasks, which would be hard to go for even in ordinary days, in difficult times and resolutely implements them.

That is why the socialist policies are increasing day after day, irrespective of whether the conditions are favourable or not, on the sacred journey of the Party for realizing the people’s earnest desires.

The WPK formulates policies by incorporating the people’s desires and perfectly implements them because it is a motherly party which truly cares for the people and makes devoted efforts to let them enjoy the best things.

The wonderful looks of the Kangdong Integrated Greenhouse Farm inaugurated last February and the 10 000 flats in the second stage of the Hwasong area inaugurated last April with distinctive features of a Korean style are the manifestation of how strenuously the WPK is striving to provide the people with the best civilization and the happiest life.

The Party, which is never satisfied in the work for the people, has put forward the Regional Development 20×10 Policy to fulfil the centuries-old desire of the regional people and vigorously pursues it.

The WPK is called a genuine people’s party and a motherly party as it is under the energetic leadership of General Secretary Kim Jong Un.

Thanks to his leadership which advances the revolution overcoming difficulties by dint of fervent love for the people and trust in them, selfless, devoted efforts for the good of the people was set as the eternal mode of existence and revolutionary trait of the Party.

With the faith that all their desires will be fulfilled as long as there is the energetic leadership of the WPK which reflects their wishes in its policies and implements them without fail, the Korean people put their heart and soul into the struggle for ushering in the new era of overall prosperity of the country.
