The delegation of the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam headed by Director of the Foreign Relations Department Dang Xuan Hong visited the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill in Pyongyang on July 1.

Members of the delegation laid a bouquet before the statues of the President and the Chairman and bowed to them. 

The Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea sent a flower basket to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the occasion of the 103rd founding anniversary of the CPC.

An official of the DPRK embassy in Beijing conveyed the flower basket to an official of the International Liaison Department of the CPC Central Committee on July 1.

On the same day, a basket of flowers in the name of the DPRK embassy in Beijing was conveyed to the CPC Central Committee.

DPRK players have achieved successes at the Eighth Children of Asia International Sports Games.

Kim Kwang Ryong and Kim Yu Jong took first places by defeating all their opponents in the 52kg category bout of men's freestyle wrestling and the 44kg category event of women's judo respectively on June 30. 

DPRK players returned home after taking part in the 1st CISM Pre-University Education Schools Tournament-2024.

The tournament, held in Tula of Russia from June 24 to 29, brought together more than 270 men and women players from nine countries including the DPRK, Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus.

The DPRK players bagged 29 medals in total, including eleven golds, ten silvers and eight bronzes in volleyball (men and women), boxing, swimming and shooting.
