Shortly ago, Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory message to the participants in and organizers of the tenth awards ceremony for prize winners of the all-Russia social and state initiative “Warm Heart”.

Education in patriotism and mental and moral education for the rising generation constitutes one of the priority tasks for the state and such large-scale and efficient programmes as the “Warm Heart” initiative have contributed to education in patriotism, the message said.

It stressed that the initiative which has performed an important and noble mission for ten years has encouraged the brave and sensitive younger generation who have rendered selfless assistance to veterans and all other people who need care and attention, overcoming hardships in life.
