The civil servants’ games 2023 has opened.

In the sporting event officials of national agencies will compete in different sports such as basketball, volleyball, Taekwon-Do and tug-of-war at the Basketball Gymnasium on Chongchun Street, the Taekwon-Do Hall and elsewhere in Pyongyang.

Its opening ceremony was held at the Basketball Gymnasium on Chongchun Street on March 13.

It was attended by Pak In Chol, chairman of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea, officials of relevant sectors and officials and employees of commissions, ministries and national agencies that are exemplary in mass-based sports activities.

Kim Il Guk, minister of Physical Culture and Sports, delivered an opening address.

After the ceremony was over, there was a men’s basketball match between the Bureau for Affairs with Diplomatic Corps and the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries.
