The enlarged meeting of the Sixth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea confirming the development policy for the new year 2023 is continuing its work.
The fourth-day sitting of the plenary meeting, held on December 29, conducted the work for working out the draft resolution of the plenary meeting of the Party Central Committee through the sectional workshops and consultative meetings for implementing to the letter the important tasks set forth in the historic report of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
The sectional workshops and consultative meetings are holding serious discussions for formulating in a scientific, progressive and realistic way the struggle plan for 2023 which will open a new phase of upsurge in socialist construction.
The sectional consultations intensify the discussion with a main emphasis on attaining the key goals for increased production in the economic sector, the fulfilment of the strategy of readjustment and reinforcement, the improvement of the people’s standard of living and socialist cultural construction for the next year.
Senior Party and government officials are guiding the workshops and consultations.
